It is made using 100% pure maple syrup carefully selected by our master sugar maker. Maple flakes is used on coffee, breakfast cereals, oatmeal, spice mixes, dessert finishes and many culinary applications: dairy products, salads, meat and fish. It allows you to sweeten foods while adding a crispy texture and an authentic maple flavour. After opening, avoid contact with moisture and sudden changes in temperature. It is recommended to use it in a period of 6 months. The shelf life of packaged products is 3 years from the date of production. It is recommended to keep the product in a dry warehouse (-20ºC to 20ºC).
